It's Been A While..I promise to post more often!!!
Since I last posted to my blog I've been really busy!!!!! I promise I will do it more,, at least once a week, Friday is my
goal. Once a week at least, on Fridays, If not more!!! Keep checking back..Got my dreaded taxes done and played lots of gigs
since last we spoke.., I'm up to Between 15 and twenty regular guitar students depending on what week it is..Vacation messed
things up, half of them didn't show up.. I need to start enforcing the Pay at the begining of the month rule ...Less bank
trips etc...Thats why I am afraid to do lessons as a steady money maker, People can be inconsistent,,, I Put money into my
IRA for 2005 and got the write off, Aren't I grown up!!!! I am in the process of booking a wedding gig this weekend, My first
wedding performance for 2005, It is in May... I already have some things on the books and have done private parties this year
but this will be my first official wedding performance. Gotta bust out the old classical and get the fingers back in shape,
Classical guitar playing is a diffrent world....usually the masses are use to me hacking away and singing, Classical is way
harder from a precision standpoint...Looking forward to practicing. I have over 100 friends on My Space now, I have sold my
soul and joined the masses, it has helped some with gig attendence though, Some people are really addicted to that mode of
communication and love the Event Invites. If you aren't on My Space sign up and be my friend, It's free and addictive..You
can also check my schedule etc there, My website is way more involved but my space has its upside. I bet there a alot of people
that check there my space more often than there e-mail, I post my schedule and send out reminders about my gigs on both....Trying
to saturate the local scene with the harrismusic.org message. Good night for now!!
